Terms and conditions

Version 9 — effective 4 October 2026 (version 1: 26 July 2026)

1. Who we are

Dorelli Cloud is a trade name of Uitgeverij Doreleijers. These terms apply to all services provided by Uitgeverij Doreleijers, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83325921. You can reach us at support@dorelli.cloud.

2. Scope

These terms apply from the moment you submit a request or enter into an agreement with us. We supply to consumers and to businesses. When you sign up you tell us whether you are a private person or a business; a rule that applies to only one of the two says so. A consumer is someone who does not act for their trade or business. Any deviation from these terms applies only if we have confirmed it in writing.

3. What you get

We offer three plans. Website: for the monthly fee we design and build your website (or you publish your own static site), host it, register and manage your domain name, provide an SSL certificate and email forwarding, make a daily backup and monitor availability. App: everything in Website, plus your own container running your application and your own database on our shared database server, within the usage limits on our website. Platform: everything in Website, plus building blocks (containers, database servers, storage, cache, scheduled jobs, extra domains) you switch on and off yourself and that are billed per use (article 17). What exactly is included is described on our website; that description prevails.

4. Maintenance and changes

Maintenance covers changes to text and images on existing pages, with reasonable use as a guide — around two change requests per month. New pages, new functionality, a redesign or integrations with other systems are additional work, carried out only after you approve a quote. We carry out changes within a reasonable period during office hours.

5. Price and payment

Prices are listed on our website and are the amounts you actually pay. We fall under the Dutch small business scheme (article 25 Wet OB) and therefore charge no VAT: nothing is added, and your invoice shows no VAT that you could reclaim as a business. If we exceed the turnover threshold of that scheme we are legally required to charge VAT from the supply with which that happens; we will inform you as soon as possible and you may then cancel immediately. If you are a business in another EU country and your VAT number is valid in VIES, the register of the European Commission, VAT is reverse charged to you. If you live or are based outside the EU, the service falls outside Dutch VAT. Your invoice states which rule applies to you. You pay the first month when you sign up; after that we collect the monthly fee automatically by SEPA direct debit, for which you give a mandate with that first payment. Every successful payment produces an invoice in your customer portal. If a direct debit fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to pay. If payment is still not made we may suspend the service after warning you.

6. Price changes

We may adjust our prices. We announce any increase at least one month in advance. If you disagree, you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Term and cancellation

The agreement runs monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Cancel by email or through a ticket in the customer portal, no later than the final day of the month; the service then ends at the end of that month. We charge no cancellation fee. Months already paid are not refunded, unless you are a consumer and withdraw within your withdrawal period (article 22).

8. Your domain name

Your domain name is and remains yours, even if we registered it for you. If you cancel, we transfer it free of charge to you or another provider, provided all outstanding invoices are settled. Registry rules also apply, for example SIDN for .nl domains.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep your website available and monitor it continuously, but we do not guarantee any specific availability percentage. Maintenance may cause brief interruptions; significant maintenance is announced in advance. Outages at our suppliers or on your own internet connection are outside our control.

10. Backups

We take a daily backup of the files of your paid Website and, if you have one with us, of your database, and keep it for 90 days in two places: in the data center where your data lives and at Cloudflare, outside that data center but within the EU. Of an app and of the building blocks of Platform we keep the databases, not the image, the storage or the cache; you keep those yourself. For a Website we keep the last five versions you published, the current one included; in the portal you can put back an earlier one of those, after the same check as an upload. For the database of App you request a restore to an earlier day in the portal; for a database server of your own you ask support. If you want your website back as it was on an earlier day, we restore it on request. After the agreement ends we delete your data within 30 days; the backups then expire by themselves within 90 days. On request we will restore a backup within reason. A backup is a safety net, not a guarantee: keep your own copies of material you cannot afford to lose, such as texts and images.

11. What we expect from you

You ensure the material you supply does not infringe the rights of others and does not break the law. You do not use the service for spam, malware, or criminal content. You keep your login details confidential. We may suspend the service in case of abuse or where we are legally required to do so; we will tell you as soon as possible.

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the damage. We are not liable for consequential loss, including lost revenue, loss of data or missed business. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on our part. If you are a consumer, these limitations apply only as far as the law allows.

13. Personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy statement. Where we process personal data of your customers or visitors on your instructions, we are the processor and you are the controller. Our data processing agreement applies and forms part of this agreement.

14. End of the agreement

After termination we remove your website and your data from our systems within thirty days. If you ask before then, we will provide a copy of your website and the data we hold. Invoices are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Significant changes are announced at least one month in advance. If you disagree, you may cancel before they take effect.

16. Complaints and applicable law

If you have a complaint, tell us first at support@dorelli.cloud; we respond within fourteen days. Dutch law applies to this agreement. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, we submit it to the competent Dutch court, unless you are a consumer living in another EU country. In that case you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of that country give you, we can only take a dispute to the court where you live, and you choose whether to take a dispute to that court or to the Dutch court.

17. Building blocks and usage (Platform plan)

On the Platform plan you pay a fixed monthly base fee plus the building blocks you enable, at the rates on dorelli.cloud/rates. If our costs change, for example because a supplier changes its price, we may adjust a rate. We announce an increase at least one month in advance, as in article 6; a decrease takes effect immediately. You will see every change with an effective date on that page and in your portal. Before enabling a building block we show what it costs per unit and the minimum per month; afterwards you see per day what you used. Usage is settled weekly or monthly, at your choice, with a minimum of € 10 per direct debit (below that it carries over). Before every direct debit you receive an email with the exact amount and date; we collect no earlier than one day after that notice. You set your own spending cap; at 80% we warn you, at 100% we pause your containers. Database servers, cache and storage keep running because switching them off would mean data loss. Our measurement may lag a few minutes; that difference is at our expense. If a direct debit fails we try once more after seven days; after that we pause your building blocks, and thirty days after an unpaid settlement we delete them. If you delete a building block yourself we keep data in databases and storage for thirty days (an own database server for seven days, because our supplier does not keep a stopped server longer) and then erase it. The Platform plan has no trial: the service starts immediately after your first payment. If you are a consumer, you therefore expressly ask for that immediate start when you sign up; what that means for your right of withdrawal is set out in article 22.

18. Your code (App and Platform plans)

A container runs your own code. We execute it but are not responsible for what it does, whether it works, or what it does with data; our support covers the platform (container, database, domain, portal), not your code. Logs and a restart button are in your portal. A container that scales to zero needs ten to thirty seconds on the first visit after a quiet period; that is not an outage. Containers of different customers run in the same environment and can reach each other over the internal network; secure your app as you would for the open internet. You may not use our infrastructure for abuse, including mining cryptocurrency, sending unsolicited email, attacking other systems or offering illegal content; we may then pause an app without notice. We automatically screen the start page of a new app for abuse (see our privacy statement). Secrets you enter in your portal are not stored or shown again by us; technically we can retrieve them from our supplier, and we do so only at your request or when needed to resolve an incident.

19. Support

You ask your question at https://dorelli.cloud/support, by email to support@dorelli.cloud, or from your portal. Every question becomes a numbered ticket and you can follow it in your portal. We do not state a fixed response or resolution time at this moment: we would rather promise nothing than something we cannot always keep. Support covers the platform — hosting, domain, email, portal and invoices — not your own code or content. A reply written by our AI assistant is marked as AI, and you can always ask for a human to look at it. Reports of abuse of a site we host go to abuse@dorelli.cloud and take priority.

20. Prices and VAT

All prices are per month and include any VAT. We currently fall under the Dutch small business scheme and charge no VAT; your invoice says so. If our turnover passes the threshold of that scheme, the rate for new customers becomes € 12.10 per month for the Website plan, and pro rata for the other plans. Customers who already have a subscription at that moment keep their price until the end of their current contract year. We announce any price change by email at least a month in advance, and you can cancel monthly as always. Add-ons such as "Always on" and an extra domain are charged on top of the plan price and appear as a separate line on your invoice. The same goes for the surcharge of an extension that costs more than your plan covers, if we register it for you as the domain in your plan: the surcharge is on our domains page, and it is charged per month on top of your plan.

21. Agent keys and webhooks

In the portal you can create keys that let an AI agent work on your site on your behalf, and webhooks through which we notify your agent when something happens. An agent with such a key acts on your behalf: everything it does within the rights of the key counts as done by you, including a deploy you did not intend. You choose the rights and you can revoke a key at any time. We record every action made with a key in an audit log you can view, and we keep that log for the period of your plan. The limits per plan (number of keys, webhooks and deploys per day) are hard: when reached, the system refuses, without charge. Keep keys and webhook secrets confidential; a key that ends up with someone else is your risk until you have revoked it. We are not responsible for what an agent or a third party on the other end of a webhook does with your data.

22. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason. Do this with a clear statement by email to support@dorelli.cloud or through a ticket in your portal. You may use this model form, but you do not have to: “To Uitgeverij Doreleijers, support@dorelli.cloud. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [plan and address of your site]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Signature (only if you send this form on paper): [signature]. Date: [date].” You are on time if you send your statement before the 14 days have passed. We refund what you paid us within 14 days of your statement, using the same means of payment you used. When you sign up you can ask us to start the service immediately. On the Platform plan and when we register a new domain name for you, that request is required to place the order, because we then start right after your first payment. If you asked for the immediate start, you pay for what we delivered up to your statement: a part of the monthly fee in proportion to the days, and on the Platform plan also the usage up to that moment. If we already registered a new domain name for you, you also pay its registration cost; that domain name remains yours (article 8). We deduct this from the refund. If you did not ask for the immediate start, you pay nothing for those days. After the 14 days you cancel as described in article 7. Businesses have no right of withdrawal.
