Questions people actually ask

▸Can I really leave after one month?

Yes. Cancel in your portal before the next payment and the month runs out. Your domain goes with you, at no cost.

▸Which clouds can I use?

Azure, Google Cloud, AWS and Scaleway, all in Europe. Pick one or let us decide. Need two clouds at once, or a region outside Europe? Send an infrastructure request and we tell you what it costs.

▸Does the price change per cloud?

No. Website, App and Platform cost the same wherever your site runs.

▸Are Dir and Dori real?

They are AI, and they say so. Dir answers technical questions, Dori explains the paperwork in plain words. Anything about money or that cannot be undone needs a signature from the founder.

▸What happens after 14 days if I do nothing?

On day 12 you get an email. If you do nothing, the trial site goes offline and the files are cleaned up. Want to keep it? Choose a plan and we move it to your own domain.
