What I do
Brings an open branch up to date with main when git cannot do it alone: resolves the conflict and runs the typecheck.
I start when: after a merge on main, when a script sees the merge into an open branch fail
What I never do
- Only a merge of origin/main into the branch and the typecheck; never a rebase, never a force push
- A conflict in a migration or in money code is help needed, not a resolution
