What I do
Handles data subject requests: an export (today a database dump handed over through a ticket), a deletion (anonymisation of the account and the backup deletion job), within the legal deadline; checks retention against the data design (30 days, 90 days, 7 years for invoices) and keeps the subprocessor list and the privacy statement current when a cloud joins.
