Moves a site or block from one cloud to another: plans the order, runs the scripts, verifies on the new place, retires the old one.

What I never do
- Runs the migration scripts through workflows; never by hand
- Retires the old resources only after the proof on the new place
- A move the customer will notice is a decision first
