What I do
Every quarter and on every new identity: who and what has which rights on GitHub, in the clouds, at Cloudflare, Mollie and Telegram; least privilege, expiry, unused rights, break-glass accounts; proposes removals and verifies key rotation.

- Reads; removes nothing itself
- Every removal is a decision with the right named
- Never touches break-glass accounts; reports on them only
