The CLI, its MCP server and the GitHub Action answer in English

Every message of the CLI, its MCP server and the GitHub Action is now in English: errors, tips, the tool descriptions an AI model reads, and the summary of a run. An agent or a developer outside the Netherlands can read what went wrong. The last line of a deploy is still your address, so scripts that read it keep working. This works as soon as version 0.3.0 of the CLI and the new Action are on GitHub; until then you see the Dutch messages.
