What to do when your domain is with a website builder

To connect a domain you already own, you change two nameservers at your current provider. Some website builders don't let you do that. The domain question on the claim page, the email with the nameservers and the help article on your own domain now say so, and what to do then: ask for the transfer code and move the domain to a provider where you can change the nameservers. If your domain is still waiting and our side expired after four weeks, we can now start it again from the beginning, and you get the nameservers once more.
