The domain check works again, and says so when it can't check an extension

The domain check on our site said "Check failed" for every name, even for names that are clearly taken. The service we ask for the answer had started refusing our requests; that's fixed. While fixing it we found a second mistake. For .be, .eu and .de there is no public lookup service we can use, and the check then called a name free when it simply had no answer: google.be came up as available. Now a name that has nameservers shows as taken. For the rest we tell you we can't check it automatically, and we look it up when you request it.
