A site with an unpaid debit can be kept again once that debit is settled

We debit your monthly amount, and on Platform your usage, from your account. If your bank reverses such a debit, or it fails, the amount stays open and your site can go offline. Until now you could then keep the same site again from its management link and start a new subscription, while the old amount was still open. Now the claim page shows the open amount instead of the form, and you can keep the site again once it is paid. You pay an open monthly amount right there. A usage charge can't be paid online yet: get in touch through support or by email, and we'll agree on how you pay it.
