A change you save while the previous one is still running is no longer lost

On Platform we carry out a change to a block in the background, and that can take minutes. If you saved a second change in that time, for example turning keep warm off right after turning it on, we sometimes kept the first one. Your container then stayed warm, and you paid for it. The same went for a block you removed while we were still creating it: it stayed. Now we carry out your last choice. In the minutes until that is done, you pay for what really runs, as always.
