The portal shows times in your own time zone

Until now the portal showed every time in Dutch time, without saying so. If you live in New York, a check "at 07:40" was really at 01:40 for you. Now your browser tells us its time zone, and the portal, the status page and the maintenance notice show each time in your own time, with the zone after it, such as "26 Sept, 01:40 GMT-4". On your very first visit we don't know your zone yet. You then see Dutch time with the zone after it, and from the next page on it is your own time. Dates without a time stay as they were. Billing days and collection dates follow Dutch time, as our terms say. Our emails don't know where you are, so every time in an email now says it is Dutch time. We remember your time zone in a small cookie until you close your browser; our privacy statement now lists it.
