Our privacy statement and terms now say exactly what we do

We checked our legal texts against the code and corrected them where they said something else. The abuse check reads the text of your website at every publication and every day after that, also after you have paid. Support questions, abuse reports and the chat assistant also go through Anthropic; the drafts for support through a subscription with training switched off, and a human reads every draft reply to a support question before it is sent. Form submissions reach you as email through Cloudflare. No code of a Website runs on our servers, but what a page loads in the browser is up to you. And for a Website you put back one of your previous publications in the portal; an earlier day we restore on request. For an app we back up the databases, not the image, storage or cache.
