Change one file of your site through the API too

Your own scripts and GitHub Actions can now do what your AI already could through MCP. GET /api/deploy/<id>/files lists your files and reads one, and PUT replaces one. It works with the deploy token or an agent key, and the rest of your site stays as it is.
