The offline email says who decided, and on what grounds

If we take your site offline, you get an email. It now also says whether our automatic check made the decision or a person on our team did. It names the rule it rests on, article 11 of our terms, with a link to the terms in your language. Think we got it wrong? Reply to the email, as before, and a person looks at it.
