A pause you set yourself stays after a failed payment

Did you pause your site, and did a direct debit fail after that? Then your site came back on as soon as the payment was sorted, and your pause was gone. Now every reason for a pause counts on its own, and your site page lists them all. Your site only runs again once all of them are gone: the payment is in, and you resumed it under Settings.
