An extra domain we decline leaves your bill

Some extra domains need a decision from us first, for example an expensive extension. Until now, if the answer was no, the domain stopped but its monthly amount stayed on your subscription, and you heard nothing. Now the add-on for that domain switches off, the amount comes off your subscription, and you get an email that the domain is not going ahead. Sending the form for the same domain again while we decide also no longer starts the request over.
