Search engines can tell from the page that this is temporary. Until today your visitors saw a bare server error. Publishing works the same way. If our check of your content can't run, you get a clear message that publishing isn't possible right now, and the answer tells your CLI or agent to try again after a minute. When that check hiccups once, we retry it for you. Nothing goes online without the check, as before.
