Your portal menu now shows on your phone

On a phone, the portal had no menu. You could open your site, but tickets, invoices and your account were only reachable the long way round. Now the four menu links sit at the top of every portal page on any screen narrower than a tablet. If they don't fit on one line, they wrap to a second.
