Checks and cleanups run on time, however often we release

A few tasks on our platform run once or a few times a day: the check of the database and the backups, reminders and cleanup for trial sites, visitor numbers, and the certificate and domain dates in your portal. Each task had its own timer, and that timer started over with every update we released. On a day with many updates, like 26 September, these tasks ran late or not at all. Now the platform keeps in its database when each task last ran, and a task that is due starts within a few minutes, also right after an update. The check of the database and the backups also runs at the same time every day, well after the backups of the night are done.
