Always on now really keeps your app warm

The Always on add-on for the App plan now does what it says. Switch it on under your site's settings in the portal and one instance of your app keeps running, so the first visit after a quiet night is as fast as the tenth. Switch it off and your app scales to zero again within a few minutes. A new version of your app keeps the setting. Until now the switch was there, but your container still went to sleep.
