Every email from us looks like Dorelli, with a clear button for what to do next
The emails we send now share one design: our logo on a dark header, the text on a light card, and one clear button for what you do next, such as managing your site, keeping it, setting your password or viewing an invoice. Amounts, dates and invoice numbers sit in a small table, a transfer code or nameservers in a box you can copy from, and a warning in a coloured frame. We also rewrote the texts. When we do not know your language yet, you get Dutch with English below it, and a line at the top that says so; ticket emails come in the language of your ticket, in any of our six languages. If you reply to one of these emails, your answer now reaches support and becomes a ticket, instead of going to an address that nobody reads. Every email still has a plain text version for mail apps that do not show images or layout.
