An assistant on every page that answers from the documentation

Bottom right on every page there is now a chat that answers from the documentation, nothing else: it quotes the article it used and says when it does not know. Want a person? One click turns the conversation into a ticket with the transcript attached, and a person replies within one business day. On tickets, the same assistant drafts replies to simple questions; a person presses Send. A day later the search behind it was tuned, because the first live question got the wrong article.
