Customer data sits behind a private network and gets a copy every night

The shared database server for App customers and the storage for trial sites are now reachable only through private endpoints; public access is closed, and the rule that allowed any cloud service is gone. Every night a job makes a copy of every customer database and of the trial-site storage, to storage in the Netherlands and to a mirror outside our cloud partner, and reports each outcome to the platform. In the portal, a button next to your database asks for a restore to an earlier day. The terms, the privacy statement and the data processing agreement now state the 30 days of data retention and the 90 days of backups, in six languages.
