Note: an app that scales to zero needs 10 to 30 seconds on the first visit after a quiet period. Keeping it warm is available on the usage-based plan.

Frequently asked
Can I switch?
Yes, monthly. Between Website and usage-based you switch yourself in your portal, your base fee stays € 10. To or from App goes through a ticket: we adjust the direct debit amount; from App to usage-based your container simply stays.
Why is VAT part of the usage-based rates?
Azure bills us without VAT, but under the small business scheme we cannot reclaim it. Our real purchase price is the list price plus 21%. That is what we pass on, plus our markup; you pay no VAT on top.
What if my app crashes?
Logs and a restart button are in your portal. We keep the platform running; for help with your own code you can request custom work.
What happens at my cap?
At 80% you get an email, at 100% we pause your containers. Databases and storage stay. Raise the cap and everything starts again.
